In just 90 more short minutes, I’ll be on vacation until July 16th.

Overlook View at Allegany State Park

We’re going camping next week, from the 3rd to the 6th at Allegany State Park.  It’s a 65,000 acre state park with 80 miles of hiking trails and two large lakes for fishing, boating, or whatever.  There are folks that look at pictures like this and say “I didn’t know New York was so pretty.”  Hmph.  As if the whole state was one great big concrete city full of yellow cabs, homeless people, and pizza stands.

Our anniversary is next week, also.  Six years for our Vermont Civil Union and 3 years for our Canadian marriage (July 5).

I’ll be in and out, mostly out, so there won’t be much going on here at the blog.  The home PC is still down and there’s not a whole lot of time to get on the laptop anyway.

Be safe, y’all.

Stay cool.
